After Jesus had died, all the disciples gathered in one room, they were all praying, then the Holy Spirit came through the roof and appeared in flames and rested on each of the disciples heads, then they started speaking in different languages. People came and crowded the disciples, they were amazed that they were all speaking in different languages then they were telling all the people about the Holy Spirit and how everyone should believe in the Holy Spirit. Then some said that they were drunk and that . Then someone came out of the crowd and said don't say that the Holy Spirit has blessed those people. My Writing Workshop Term Two Week Three
Roar.
I turned.
A female lion with cubs was behind me.
I screamed. I climbed up the nearest tree. BIG mistake!
She climbed up after me. I was scared. But then a big bird came up and picked me up and saved me!
I was learning how to use simple sentences in my workshop. Simple sentences can add suspense to writing.

Writing assessment Term 2 Week 4
Sometimes at dusk we would see him come out from the hidden interior of his island. For years we had no idea who he was or what he did until... BANG!!!
There was a light flying through the air.
BOOM! BAM! BIFF! There was a fire going through the trees.
I saw the man swimming across the water to safety. Then he ran out of my sight.
Soon there were firetrucks- they were shooting water across the lake, then there were helicopters- they were pouring giant buckets of water on the blazing fire.
The next day when I woke up I peered around the curtain, out the window.
There was the ruined island with nothing on it.

"QUIET", "Paul stop playing games on your device!" I roared like a lion. "Amy stop talking". "Tim stop taking photos." "Everyone Stop and look". "Now Milly come up here and get the test."NO!!!!!! Everyone screamed.
"Now don't sit by your friends or else you will be expelled!"

"SILENCE! YOU SHOULD NOT BE TALKING AND I HAVE TO TAKE A STUPID PHONE CALL SO DO NOT SPEAK!"
"Now I am back you all should be finished your test. James have you finished?"
"No." he said like a little mouse.
"YOU ARE EXPELLED! NEVER, EVER COME BACK TO THIS SCHOOL AGAIN!
